Those of us living on the island of Mallorca are simply blessed. Not only do we have sun and blue skies almost every day of the year, but we are also lucky to enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean diet which is said to be the healthiest food there is anywhere on this planet.
A major contributing factor to this healthy diet must be the ample intake of olive oil.
May I be allowed to recommend to you the benefits of the Aubocassa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as seen in this photo. The olive trees for this oil grow just outside of the very town where I live, Felanitx. I personally endorse Aubocassa with a rating of ten out of ten.
