International Museum Day

May 18th, today, is International Museum Day. Mallorca is participating in this international activity with museums in Palma de Mallorca and elsewhere across the island. 

Museu de Mallorca, Museu Diocesà, Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani, Casal Solleric, Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró, Museu Militar de Sant Carles, Palau March and others, in Palma de Mallorca, will all be open today with admission fees waived.

Elsewhere, Casa Museo Robert Graves, in Deià, Casa Museu Llorenç Villalonga, in Binissalem, Fundació Yannick i Ben Jakober, in Alcúdia, Museu i Casa Natal de Fra Juníper Serra, in Petra, Museu Balear de Ciències Naturals i Jardí Botànic, in Sóller, and Museu Monogràfic de Pol.lèntia, in Alcúdia, are all eagerly waiting for us to visit.
