Cheese from Mahon on the island of Menorca is pretty well known. But cheese from this island, Mallorca, is also rather yummy. I particularly like Mallorcan cheeses made with milk from either cabra (goat) or oveja (sheep) or a mixture of both.
On a weekly market, like this one in Manacor, you will find a choice of cheeses from both islands.
