One of the nicest and best stocked shops for food specialities of the Mallorcan kind is a place called Colmado Santo Domingo, in Palma de Mallorca.
You will find everything and anything Mallorcan there – as long as it’s edible – from Sobrassada to Ensaïmada, from Olive Oil to cheese, from Flor de Sal to Hierbas. A gastronomic Tour de Force, in the best of senses.
