The CaixaForum at the Grand Hotel, that beautiful Art Nouveau building at Plaça Weyler in Palma de Mallorca, is a fabulous place for art exhibitions.
Right now, and until May 4th, you can see an exhibition of Contemporary Chinese art there, under the title Displaced Modernity. With the Olympics coming up next August, you could save on a trip and see the work of some astute Chinese artists, right here in Mallorca. Admission is free, and there are some commented exhibition tours as well.
