Spring has sprung and with it, the Spring lambs’ season.

If you like eating meat, you ought to try Mallorcan lamb. Succulent, tender, hearty, scrumptious. Have a pierna de cordero lechal, or a paletilla, or else, chuletas de cordero. Divine, here on the island.
