International Folklore Festival

The town of Sóller has been busy this week presenting the XXVIII Sa Mostra de Sóller, Festival Folclórico Internacional.

Groups from six nations participate this year in this annual event, such as Miromagnum (Italy), Esbart Català de Dansaires (Catalunya), Tiblisi University Ensemble (Georgia), Jin-Hee Park Dance Company (Corea), Djanbutu Thiossane (Senegal) and Aires Sollerics (Mallorca).

Today is the last day of this colourful event, with performances scheduled at 11h00 in Plaça Constitució, in front of Sóller’s beautiful church. The closing ceremony will start at 22h00, also in Plaça Constitució. Admission is free.
