In 23 years in Mallorca I have not seen so many bees buzzing away as I have during the last few weeks of Spring.
I do not have any clue as to why there should be such a surge in the activity of these little creatures, but it just may be one of those things. I asked around a bit, including amongst people who know about the Apiculture world and, nobody really knows. We seem to know so much about so many things, and yet, we seem to understand so little about so many things so near to us.
