La Bodeguita del Medio is a small bar in Palma de Mallorca’s La Llotja district, just around the corner from Abaco.

La BdelM is an imitation of the famous bar in La Habana, Cuba, of the same name. Ernest Hemingway used to drink his Mojito at the original Bodeguita del Medio in Calle Empedrado, Habana Vieja, Cuba.

Whilst Ernest Hemingway has been to Spain plenty of times, I could not ascertain that he has been to the Island of Mallorca. I rather think he has not. The Mojito is better in La Habana, but, the Mojito is better here than anywhere else in Mallorca, to my mind.
