The Show Goes On

Coinciding with the 70th birthday of John Winston Lennon (1940-1980), the XI Fira Internacional del Disc a Mallorca will be held at Palma Arena from tomorrow until Sunday (October 8th – 10th). Music lovers may find the record or CD that they have long looked for, or they may not. In any case, it can be fun to browse and search through thousands of records as well as instruments, books, t-shirts, videos and music related memorabilia, just on the off chance. There will be live gigs as part of the concurrent Sonopalma contest, plus concerts by a number of Rock bands, as well as a photographic exhibition. Admission will be charged at 7 € per day, or at 15 € for a three day ticket. The entrada includes a free CD. Opening times will be Friday and Saturday, 16h00 – 22h00, and Sunday, 16h00 – 21h00.
