Bon Profit

Imagine for a moment, if you could, that you were a cow. If you were one of the cows pictured here, somewhere near Ses Salines, your main purpose in life would be to produce milk for the subsequent production of cheese. Sounds a good enough cause to chew the cud for, as far as cows go. The cheese in question comes packaged under the name of Formatges Burguera and the varieties sold are Queso fresco, Queso Mallorquín semicurado, Queso Mallorquín curado, and Requesón. They’re worth a try; the cows said so.

The photo was taken near Ses Salines, Mallorca, Baleares, Spain. The date: April 9th, 2010. The time was 19:59:54.
